Minifigures Need To Eat Too, Part 2 – Lego Taco Bell And KFC!

Eric Badis Lego Taco Bell

Lego Minifigures are lining up to eat a Cool Ranch® Doritos® Locos Tacos or a KFC Famous Bowl®. They can even wash it down with an ice cold Pepsi, Yum (Brands)! These two Lego MOC fast food buildings are the creation of Eric Badis, who is putting together a nice collection of Lego fast food joints. The Lego Taco Bell features the standard beige and purple design you will find in almost any city. The sign/logo and the wallpaper pattern are all custom printouts applied to the Lego building. The end result is amazingly lifelike. Then their is the Lego KFC, which features a more exaggerated design. It is based on the red and white stripe motif that you find on their buckets. This tall two story building will fit in with the official modular buildings.

These two buildings are part of a greater collection and the Dunkin Donuts / Texas Road House have been feature before: http://legogenre.com/minifigures-need-eat-lego-dunkin-donuts-texas-road-house/

A Lego French Classical Stage Featuring The Molière Comedies

Campistron1984 Lego French Classical Stage 01

“This project make possible to represent at least six of Molière’s most famous comedy : Dom Juan, Tartuffe, The Misanthrope, The Imaginary Invalid (Le Malade imaginaire), The Learned Ladies (Les Femmes savantes) and The Affected Young Ladies (Les Précieuses ridicules). But, of course, minifigures and pieces can be used to build anything you want !”

Campistron1984 Lego French Classical Stage Detail

The Lego French Classical Stage is a Lego Ideas project created by Campistron1984. The stage is based on the Théâtre du Palais-Royal, a French theatre in the seventeenth century. This one has been set up to feature the Molière Comedies, and if you want you can build and create new backdrops to host any number of shows. The back of the theatre can easily be switched out. This Lego MOC comes equipped with a salon set, a dinning room, and a bedroom set. Also feature are a couple of trap doors, so you can fool even the most skeptical Minifigure. On the Lego Ideas page you can also view a set based on Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, to get an idea of how this thing works.

Buy Your Minifigures Some Clothes At This Lego Uniqlo Store

neruneruneranai lego uniqlo store

Is your Lego Store (3300003) looking a bit lonely on your shelf? This Lego Uniqlo store is the perfect companion. The building has been designed with modularity in mind. You could create a whole series of box stores, and recreate an outdoor mall.

This MOC is the creation of neruneruneranai, who worked hard to get a lot of the details correct. The brick built sign in front is an almost perfect recreation of the Uniqlo logo. If you look at the details in the interior of the building you will see haphazardly stack clothing, and a lot of bright colors. Just like a real Uniqlo store. This is the place to go if your Minifigures are looking for some new pants or shirts.

When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth – Lego Jurassic Park Visitor Center

LDiEgo's Lego Jurassic Park Visitor Center

LDiEgo has created a new Lego Ideas project for a massive Jurassic Park Visitor Center. Lego is currently creating Jurassic Park World sets, but haven’t released anything from the previous 3 movies. It seems a project like this would be a perfect fit for Lego Ideas, which seems to have a soft spot for popular films. A few project have been proposed, but there has been no word on them from Lego (here).

LDiEgo's Lego Jurassic Park Visitor Center Modular

This modular style Lego Jurassic Park Visitor Center would be 2,623 pieces. Which is way more then any previous Lego Ideas release has contained. The whole complex features the Main Entrance Hall, “Les Gigantes” restaurant, a Kitchen, a Dinning Room, an Emergency Bunker, a Showcase Theater, a Control Room and a Genetics Lab. Also proposed are two dinosaur skeletons, the Tyrannosaurus Rex and a Sauropod. There would be one Raptor included, named “Clever Girl.” Plus six Minifigures: John Hammond, Tim Murphy, Lex Murphy, Donald Gennaro, Ray Arnold, and Robert Muldoon.

More Details About That Charming Lego Friends: Lovely Hotel

Lego Friends Lovely Hotel

The Lego Friends: Lovely Hotel is extremely charming and popular. This Lego MOC is amazingly difficult to find, but a few more photos of this modular hotel have surfaced. The Lovely Hotel made its first appearance at the Fujiyama Lego Camp ’12. This pink and purple Cafe Corner mod was displayed between the other town and train creations. This is a total conversion of the famous Cafe Corner (10182), replacing everything with Friends inspired details. This creation would fit in perfectly in any Heartlake City display, and would be at home in a Modular Building layout.

Monasterio de El Escorial – Lego Architecture

Gabriel Riutort's Lego Architecture Monasterio De El Escorial Box

The Lego Architecture line has proven to be extremely popular. Which has lead to a whole lot of people creating their own Architecture inspired creations. This is the Monasterio de El Escorial built by Gabriel Riutort. The Monasterio de El Escorial is a residence of the King of Spain, located in San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Construction of the building started in 1563 and completed in 1584. The Lego version would be built from 1000+ bricks, and contain the whole landmark. The red roof of the monastery is extremely iconic, as is the symmetrical system of rooms surrounding the main building. Even the Gardens of the Friars is instantly recognizable. The best part is the inclusion of a mock box, set in the typical design of the Lego Architecture theme.

A Vibrant Lego Gingerbread House

Parks and Wrecked Creations, Lego Gingerbread House, Modular Building

Are you looking to decorate your Lego Modular Building collection for the holidays? Do you need a place for Mr. and Mrs. Claus to live? Then this Lego Gingerbread House will interest you. Created by Parks and Wrecked Creations, this Lego Modular Gingerbread House is a work of art. It is one of the most colorful Modular Buildings out there. The roof alone is tiled with 2×2 round pieces in six colors. With domes being used for accents. The use of the printed spiral pieces, the multicolor giant flowers, and the newish star pieces are excellent details. Seen from a distance it would be easy to mistake this for a real Gingerbread House covered in frosting and candy. Just make sure you don’t take a bite out of this one.
