CK HO Lego Black Cat JiJi Instructions

JiJi the Black Cat is the male pet cat from Kiki’s Delivery Service. Kiki and JiJi get in a lot of adventures including a scheme where JiJi needs to imitate a stuffed cat for a birthday party. Interestingly, in the original Japanese version the cat has a feminine voice and is cute/humble. In the American version the cat has a deep male voice and is extremely sarcastic. Either way JiJi is a memorable character. Lego fan Ck Ho (傑爸爸) has created a cute little MOC. The best part is that they went though the trouble of designing instructions. Which are publicly available.

Red Dwarf Lego Ideas. Join Dave Lister, Arnold Rimmer, CAT and Kryten

Legobob32 Red Dwarf Lego Ideas

The British television show Red Dwarf has been floating through space for over 20 years. It is about time the crew get their own Lego Ideas set based on the cult comedy show. The Lego Red Dwarf set features an amalgamated interior of the ship, and references to a lot of classic episodes. The main design is based on Season X. It includes the famous bunk beds, posters, a sliding airlock, Holly Hop Drive, and Skutters. Also included in the Lego Ideas project is the Blue Midget, which is anything but small. There are six custom Minifigures, created by Minifigs.me, which includes: Dave Lister, Kryten, Arnold Rimmer, Daune Dibbley, CAT, and Ace Rimmer.

A neat thing you don’t always see is that this Lego Ideas project is listening to the comments and updating the design. The Blue Midget has had its front redesigned, a Talkie Toaster added, and improved Holly screens.

Lego Collectible Minifigures Series 14 (71010) Leaked Images!

Lego Collectible Minifigures Series 14, Monsters

Lego is going strong with their Collectible Minifigures theme. The recent Series 13 has proven to be extremely hard to find, with most retailers sold out long ago. 2015 is going to be another weird year for this theme. The next release will be the Simpsons Series 2 (a bunch of early production images were leaked). After that the official Series 14 will be released in the late summer or early fall. Breaking with the normal formula this series will be completely themed for Halloween. There will be 16 various monster and horror themed Minifigs in this release, some of them will even feature some extremely cool new molds.

So far 11 of them have been leaked, with the other 5 still hidden away somewhere. There is the (80s?) Frankenstein, Zombie Office Worker, Zombie Cheerleader, the Tigeress (a female tiger), a Mad Scientist, a Werewolf named Kel, a Zombie Pirate Captain, a Plant Man, a Witch and her Black Cat, a Vampire (actually a Vampiress), and a Skeleton Costume Man.

The Tigeress might be one of the most popular of Minifigures, coming with one of those new Minifig tails, and a neat 1960ish hair piece with ears.

The other stand out is the crazy Mad Scientist. This is the first Minifigure to come with an elongated head. This is a super cool piece but most likely it is attached to the glasses/hair. Making it a little less interesting.

The Werewolf is looking pretty familiar (Monster Fighters) and the Undead Pirate has some awesome printing. Check out the skull and crossbones, this one is looking extra dead.

The Plant Guy is maybe the least interesting figure, and the Witch represents a pretty popular Halloween style.

The Vampiress is looking deadly, and the plainish Skeleton Guy is pretty charming.

Lego Friends Corner, A Downtown Bakery and Pastry Shop

Hartinih Liauw's Lego Friends Corner

What happens when you combine the Lego Friends Downtown Bakery (41006) with the famous Lego Cafe Corner (10182)? You get a Lego Friends Corner. The ground floor hosts an extremely popular bakery and pastry shop. Up to the second floor is a hip pet hair salon, where all the super cute dogs and cats go to get groomed. Then on to the rooftop is an outdoor area and garden for your pets. Which includes a tiny birdhouse, a dog bath, water fountain, and a peaceful garden. This modular style building also includes bicycle parking and a large outdoor patio.

Lego Friends Castle + Superheroes + Orcs = Friendsington Castle

fujiia and Kloou's Lego Friends Castle: Friendsington Castle 01

At first glance the Friendsington Castle looks like a normal friendly Lego Friends castle. But, then you notice some of the details such as the Orcs and Troll, or the redecorated Batcave, or even Jack Sparrow. Friendsington Castle is a weird blend of Lego Friends, Superheroes and other Lego themes. There is a certain charm to the madness. Created by fujiia in collaboration with Kloou for the Fana’Briques 2013 expo.

“An ordinary day at Friendsington Castle. Despite the naughty Orcs’ constant attacks, our Friends prefer to develop their artistic senses with little regard for those poor Superheroes.”

fujiia and Kloou's Lego Friends Castle: Friendsington Castle 02

One of the most surprising details is under the castle. It looks like the Lego Friends have spent a lot of time redecorating the Batcave. Turning it from a dark and gloomy cave into a bright and clean place for cats. Even Batman’s Tumbler has been completely repainted. Now featuring a green and yellow scheme. Batman is probably less than enthusiastic about these changes, but may be even more upset that Wolverine seems to have found his way into the cave. Superman seems to be without pants, and Spiderman has just gotten a wild hairdo. This is just a sample of the crazy going on here.

Lego Kid Joker Solves a Maths Problem

Delatron3000's Lego Kid Joker Solves A Maths Problem

Kid Joker certainly has a bright future in store for him. That poor little cat is about to be an unwitting participant in a math experiment. Joker apparently does not need a calculator. Will Kid Batman be able to stop Kid Joker? Delatron3000 built “Kid Joker Solves a Maths Problem” using some impressively creative solutions. With Lego snakes for eyebrows and cat tails, and even Lego arms for fingers. What really sells this MOC is the oversized Joker grin.
